Railway Undertaking Advisory Group and Terminal Advisory Group

Without customers – there is no corridor! Therefore, active customer involvement is paramount to ScanMed. The Freight Regulation provides for the establishment of two so-called “Advisory Groups” – the Railway Undertakings Advisory Group (RAG) and the Terminals Advisory Group (TAG). They are meant to act as a sounding board giving the Management Board of the Corridor advice on what actions to take to improve the offer to the customers. The input may be provided by the groups on their initiative, or at one of the meetings held one to two times each year.
